Terms & Conditions

Slot LeLo is a booking experience operated by Aimling (“we”, “our”, “us”) across web, mobile apps, and WhatsApp. By using Slot LeLo you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to users, vendors, and administrators in India and elsewhere where the service is offered.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

  • Provide accurate identity, business details, and maintain account security.
  • WhatsApp/OTP is required for login and notifications; keep your device secure.
  • No spam, abuse, unlawful content, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud risk, or policy breaches.

Bookings, Payments & Refunds

  • Availability, pricing, slot durations, and cancellation rules are defined by vendors.
  • Payment options may include pay-at-venue, partial, or full payment; the option shown is based on vendor settings.
  • Payments are processed via third-party partners; you consent to their terms and KYC/AML checks.
  • Refunds (if applicable) follow vendor and payment-partner policies; processing can take up to 7–10 business days and may exclude non-refundable fees or taxes.
  • Chargebacks, disputes, or unpaid balances may lead to booking cancellation or account limits.
  • We provide the platform and are not a party to vendor–customer contracts.

Data, Cookies, Devices & Communications

  • We collect phone numbers, device identifiers, cookies, usage logs, and booking data to operate and secure the service.
  • Service messages (OTP, booking updates, vendor alerts) are sent via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
  • Data is handled per our Privacy Policy, Indian IT/DPDP norms, and applicable platform rules.
  • Do not share sensitive personal data in chat unless required for the transaction.

Content & Intellectual Property

  • Slot LeLo branding, templates, and platform IP belong to Aimling.
  • You must have rights to content you upload (photos, descriptions, documents).
  • You grant us a license to host and display submitted content for service operation.

Compliance & Liability

  • Vendors are responsible for licenses, taxes, safety, and lawfulness of their services.
  • The service is provided “as is”; we disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Indian law.
  • Google Play and Apple App Store logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; app distribution follows their policies.

Changes, Governing Law & Contact

  • We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
  • Governing law: India. Venue for disputes where applicable: courts in India.
