Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for bookings made via Slot LeLo (web, mobile, and WhatsApp). Policies may vary by vendor; the terms below apply unless a stricter vendor policy is shown at checkout.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made within the window stated at booking time; otherwise bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Vendors may deny late cancellations or no-shows; such cases may forfeit paid amounts.
  • Platform or vendor may cancel bookings for operational or compliance reasons; in such cases, eligible amounts are refunded.

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Standard processing: 7–10 business days (bank/issuer timelines may vary). Some payment partners may take longer.
  • Non-refundable fees (gateway charges, taxes, convenience fees) may be excluded if applicable.
  • Partial payments: the paid portion is refundable only per vendor/policy; unpaid balances are void on cancellation.
  • Pay-at-venue bookings: no online refund applies; follow the venue’s on-site policy.

Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks or disputes may result in booking cancellation and account review.
  • Provide accurate information to speed resolution; outcomes may depend on payment partner/issuer decisions.

Operational Exceptions

  • If a vendor cannot honor a confirmed booking, eligible payments are refunded.
  • Force majeure or safety reasons may lead to reschedule or refund per vendor terms.
