Use of WhatsApp and Meta Services
Our platform uses WhatsApp Business APIs provided by Meta to enable communication between businesses and their customers.
When you interact with a business through WhatsApp on our platform, we may receive and process certain information provided via Meta, including but not limited to your phone number, messages, and interaction data.
This data is used strictly for enabling booking services, customer support, appointment confirmations, and related service communications. We do not use this data for unsolicited marketing or spam.
